装配式轻钢龙骨网膜墙施工技术应用研究

摘要 预制外墙构件是装配式建筑的重要构件,影响建筑功能的发挥和外观质量。本文研究一种新型预制轻钢龙骨网膜墙的施工技术,本技术从结构设计、材料选择以及现场施工方面开展研发,在穗佳白云空港物流创业谷装配式项目中进行了应用。分析结果表明,在大跨度且层高达6 m的较大层高装配式厂房项目中,其预制外墙适用由预制轻钢龙骨、金属扩张网组成骨架,内部浇筑轻质混凝土构成的轻钢龙骨网膜墙,轻钢龙骨壁厚0.8 mm,扩张网壁厚0.33 mm,灌注材料使用聚苯乙烯轻混凝土,容重仅为500 kg/m^(3),该墙体轻质高强,保温性、隔声、防水抗渗、耐火性能好,是优质的环保材料。另外,对墙体间和墙体与窗框间的接缝部位需要进行细部构造防水处理,提高墙体的防水性能。该种网膜墙施工方便,可提高施工效率,可以推广应用至大跨度和层高较高的装配式厂房建筑外墙施工。 Prefabricated exterior wall components are important components of prefabricated buildings,which affect the function and appearance quality of buildings.This paper studies the construction technology of a new type of prefabricated light steel keel omental wall.This technology is developed from the aspects of structural design,material selection and site construction,and has been applied in the assembled project of logistics Pioneer Valley of suijia Baiyun Airport.The analysis results show that in the large-span and high-rise prefabricated plant project,the prefabricated external wall is applicable to the light steel keel omental wall composed of prefabricated light steel keel and metal expansion net,and the light steel keel membrane wall composed of light concrete is poured inside.The wall thickness of the light steel keel is 0.8 mm,the wall thickness of the expansion net is 0.33 mm,and the pouring material is polystyrene light concrete.The volume weight is only 500 kg/m^(3),The wall is light and high-strength,with good thermal insulation,sound insulation,waterproof and impermeability,and fire resistance.It is a high-quality environmental protection material.In addition,the joints between the walls and between the walls and the window frames need to be treated with detail structure waterproof to improve the waterproof performance of the walls.This kind of omental wall is convenient for construction and can improve the construction efficiency.It can be popularized and applied to the external wall construction of large-span and high storey prefabricated factory buildings.
