摘要
相对于城市中心区滨水空间,城市边缘区滨水景观空间的开发具有自身不同的特点,对城市及区域的发展起着不同于前者的作用。研究城市边缘区滨水景观空间的开发特点、开发控制对策对于我国城市滨水景观空间发展具有一定意义。本文通过城市边缘区及滨水空间的特征以及我国几大城市相应规划实践的分析,尝试提出了适应我国现阶段城市边缘区滨水景观空间的开发控制对策。
Compared to waterfront spaces in urban centers,the development of waterfront landscape spaces in urban periphery regions has its own different characteristics.And it plays a different role in the development of the city and the region.The study of the development characteristics of waterfront landscape space in urban periphery regions and the studying control measures are of significance to the development of waterfront landscape space in our city.Through the analysis of the characteristics of urban periphery regions and waterfront spaces and the corresponding planning practices of several major cities in China,this paper attempts to propose the measures for the development of waterfront landscape spaces in urban periphery regions in China at this stage.
