新职教法背景下高职院校辅导员职业素养提升研究

Research on Improvement of Professionalism of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges In the Context of New Vocational Education Law

基于新职教法对高职院校辅导员队伍建设提出的新要求,分析高职院校辅导员队伍建设中事务繁多、能力不足和队伍稳定性差等问题,提出通过培育辅导员职业精神、提高辅导员专业能力等策略来强化辅导员队伍建设,着力提升辅导员的综合职业素养,以满足新职教法对辅导员人才队伍建设的要求。

On the basis of the new requirements put forward by the new vocational education law for the construction of counselor team in higher vocational colleges,the problems of various affairs,insufficient ability and poor team stability in the construction of counselor team in higher vocational colleges are analyzed,and strategies such as cultivating professional spirit of counselors and improving professional ability of counselors are proposed,with the focus on enhancing the comprehensive professionalism of counselors so as to meet the requirements of new vocational education law for the construction of counselor team.
