情绪衰竭和心理健康对高校后勤服务人员生活满意度的影响

Impact of Emotional Exhaustion and Mental Health on Life Satisfaction of College Logistics Service Staff

针对高校后勤服务人员情绪衰竭、心理健康和生活满意度现状,采用问卷调查及数据分析的方法进行研究。研究表明,情绪衰竭对生活满意度具有负向预测作用,心理健康在情绪衰竭和生活满意度之间起部分中介作用。根据研究结果采取措施,以提升高校后勤服务人员的生活满意度。

In allusion to current situation of emotional exhaustion,mental health and life satisfaction among university logistics service staff,a study is conducted using questionnaires and data analysis.The study shows that emotional exhaustion has a negative predictive effect on life satisfaction,and mental health takes a partly mediating role between emotional exhaustion and life satisfaction.Measures are taken based on the findings to enhance the life satisfaction of college logistics service staff.
