畲药毛道士的生药组织学研究

Study on Microscopic Identification of Solani Herba

目的对毛道士进行植物基原、药材性状及系统的生药组织学研究,为其质量标准与进一步开发利用提供基础性材料。方法通过植物形态学解剖、石蜡横切片及粉末制片等生药组织学方法对毛道士进行系统研究。结果毛道士根横切面可见木质部宽广,占横切面半径约4/5;茎横切面木质部连接成环,具中柱鞘纤维;果实的外果皮细胞内侧切向壁“U”形增厚。在畲族医药中,毛道士广泛应用于生活生产的诸多方面。结论毛道士的原植株和药材的鉴别以叶片形状于全体密被白色柔毛为主要特征;在畲医中,毛道士用药广泛,涵盖内科、外科、妇科等多方面疾病;生药鉴别特点的呈现与民族药用价值的开发方向可为毛道士药材后续的质量标准制定及开发利用提供可靠依据。

OBJECTIVE To study the plant origin,medicinal properties and systematic pharmacognosy histology of Solani Herba,and to provide basic materials for its quality standard and further development and utilization.METHODS A systematic study of Solani Herba was carried out by plant morphological anatomy,paraffin section and powder preparation.RESULTS The xylem of roots was wide,accounting for about 4/5 of the transverse section radius.The xylem of the transverse section of the stem is connected into a ring with medium columnar sheath fibers;incised wall U-shaped thickening of outer pericarp cells.In She Medicine,Solani Herba is widely used in many aspects of life and production.CONCLUSION The main characteristic of the identification of the original plants and medicinal materials is that the leaf shape was densely covered with white pilose.In She nationality medicine,it is a widely used drug,covering internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and other diseases.The identification characteristics of crude drugs and the development direction of ethnic medicinal value can provide a reliable basis for the subsequent quality standard formulation,development and utilization of Solani Herba.
