一例难治性髋关节假体周围感染患者的药物治疗

Drug Treatment in a Patient with Refractory Periprosthetic Hip Joint Infection

目的探讨1例难治性髋关节假体周围感染患者的药物治疗方案的合理性,为患者提供个体化药学服务。方法临床药师结合患者病情、既往病史及用药史等,协助临床分析及调整抗感染药物治疗方案。结果临床医生采纳建议,患者症状、感染指标等逐渐下降。结论临床药师可通过发挥自己的药学专业知识,向临床医生提供治疗方案建议,促进了临床合理用药。

OBJECTIVE To explore the rationality of drug therapy for a patient with refractory periprosthesis infection of hip joint,and to provide individual pharmaceutical care for the patient.METHODS Clinical pharmacists assisted in clinical analysis and adjustment of anti-infective drug treatment plan based on the patient′s medical history and medication history.RESULTS The clinician took the advice,the patient′s symptoms were relieved,and infection indicators gradually decreased.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists can promote rational drug treatment in clinical practice,through providing plan suggestions to clinicians.
