药学服务心理干预对2型糖尿病患者的治疗作用

Effects of Pharmaceutical Service and Psychological Intervention on Treatment for Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的评估药学服务心理干预对2型糖尿病患者的治疗作用。方法选取福建省永安市某辖区内80例2型糖尿病患者,门诊就诊时间为2022年1月~2022年10月,随机分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规药学服务,观察组在对照组基础上进行心理干预,比较两组患者的血糖水平、用药依从性及心理状况。结果干预前,两组的抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组与对照组相比,其心理评分、血糖指标及不良反应发生率明显降低(P<0.05),且干预后用药依从性及血糖达标率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者在常规药学服务基础上联合心理干预,可有效改善患者负性情绪,提高患者用药依从性,对控制血糖有治疗作用。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of pharmaceutical care services and psychological interventions on patients with type 2 diabetes.METHODS Eighty cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were selected in Yong’an City,Fujian Province,with a visit time from January 2022 to October 2022;randomly divided into two groups,an observation group and a control group with 40 patients in each.The control group will receive conventional pharmaceutical services,while the observation group will receive psychological interventions based on the control group.The two groups’blood glucose levels,medication adherence,and psychological conditions will be compared.RESULTS Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in self-rating depression scale scores,self-rating anxiety scale scores,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 hours after meals and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,compared with the control group,the psychological scores,blood glucose indicators and the rate of incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the glucose-target-rate,the medication compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Combining psychological intervention with conventional pharmacy can effectively improve negative emotions and medication adherence in patients with type 2 diabetes and has a therapeutic effect on controlling blood glucose.
