人工晶状体植入治疗白内障合并眼底病患者的疗效及对黄斑水肿情况的影响

Efficacy of Intraocular Lens Implantation in the Treatment of Cataract Patients with Fundus Disease and Its Influence on Macular Edema

目的探讨人工晶状体植入治疗白内障合并眼底病患者的疗效及对黄斑水肿情况的影响。方法随机选取2018年1月—2022年1月山东省滕州市中医医院收治的白内障合并眼底病患者70例为研究对象,随机开展规范分组操作分为对照组以及观察组,每组35例。两组分别给予超声乳化术相关治疗及人工晶状体植入相关治疗。观察两组的裸眼视力水平、散光程度、术后并发症发生率和眼部黄斑水肿情况。结果术后,观察组的远视力(0.34±0.07)及近视力(0.54±0.11)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.226、12.271,P<0.05)。术后,两组散光程度均低于术前,且观察组的散光程度(0.64±0.19)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组并发症总发生率(11.43%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.741,P<0.05)。术后,观察组眼部无渗透情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工晶状体植入治疗白内障合并眼底病患者的疗效较为显著,可有效改善患者的视力水平及散光情况,减少术后并发症发生率及眼部黄斑水肿表现。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of intraocular lens implantation on cataract patients with fundus disease and its influence on macular edema.Methods A total of 70 patients with cataract combined with fundus disease treated in Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shandong Province from January 2018 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and standardized grouping operations were carried out randomly to divide them into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The two groups were given phacoemulsification related treatment and IOL implantation related treatment respectively.Naked eye visual acuity level,astigmatism degree,postoperative complication rate and macular edema were observed in the two groups.Results After operation,far visual acuity(0.34±0.07)and near visual acuity(0.54±0.11)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.226,12.271,P<0.05).After operation,the astigmatism degree of both groups was lower than that before operation,and the astigmatism degree of observation group(0.64±0.19)was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the total incidence of complications in the observation group(11.43%)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.741,P<0.05).After operation,the no penetration in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraocular lens implantation is effective in the treatment of cataract patients with fundus disease,which can effectively improve the visual acuity level and astigmatism of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the appearance of ocular macular edema.
