早期康复护理在病毒性脑炎患儿中的应用研究

Application Research of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Children with Viral Encephalitis

目的探讨早期康复护理在病毒性脑炎患儿中的应用效果。方法方便选取2019年3月—2021年2月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的104例病毒性脑炎患儿,以随机数表法分为两组,各52例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用早期康复护理。对比两组患儿运动功能评定量表(FMA)、日常生活活动能力量表(BI)评分,以及两组患儿家属对于护理服务的满意度。结果干预后,两组FMA评分高于干预前,且研究组FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组BI指数高于干预前,且研究组BI指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属护理的总满意率为100.00%,高于对照组的88.46%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.422,P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理在病毒性脑炎患儿中具有显著的应用效果,可以有效改善患儿的运动功能与日常生活活动能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in children with viral encephalitis.Methods 104 children with viral encephalitis admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups by random number table,52 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received early rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group.The motor function assessment scale(FMA)and activities of daily living(BI)scores of the two groups of children were compared,as well as the satisfaction of the families of the two groups of children with nursing services.Results After intervention,the FMA scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the FMA scores of the study group waw higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the BI index of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the BI index of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family care in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.46%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.422,P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has a significant application effect in children with viral encephalitis,and can effectively improve children's motor function and activities of daily living,which is suitable for promotion.
