摘要
结直肠癌在全球范围内占据发病谱第三位和死因谱第二位。结直肠癌的发生发展与肿瘤微环境息息相关,其中癌症相关成纤维细胞具有控制癌症进展的特性。对癌症相关成纤维细胞的进一步理解可能有助于发展新型的癌症诊断、治疗方法与预后模型。本文介绍了癌症相关成纤维细胞的来源和异质性,总结了癌症相关成纤维细胞在结直肠癌生长、侵袭转移、细胞外基质的重塑、血管生成、肿瘤免疫和化疗耐药方面的作用,以及靶向治疗的新进展。
Colorectal cancer ranks top three on the morbidity and is the second most common cause of cancer death globally. The tumorigenesis of colorectal cancer is closely related to the tumor microenvironment, in which cancer-associated fibroblasts have the capacity of controlling cancer progression. A better understanding of cancer-associated fibroblasts may help us develop new ways of cancer diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. Herein, we introduce the origin and heterogeneity of cancer-associated fibroblasts, also summarize the role of cancer-associated fibroblasts in colorectal cancer cell proliferation, metastasis, remodeling of extracellular matrix, angiogenesis, tumor immunity, chemotherapy resistance, as well as discussing new advances in targeted therapy.
