摘要
火龙果果肉可以食用,果皮通常作为固废进入垃圾处理系统进行处置。研究发现果皮中含有果胶、纤维、类黄酮,这些物质有较高的利用价值,通过综合利用可实现变废为宝。本文综述了火龙果果皮综合利用的研究进展,重点介绍了火龙果果皮中果胶、膳食纤维及黄酮类化合物等其他化合物的研究现状,为后来者综合利用研究提供参考。
The flesh of the pitaya fruit can be eaten,and the peel is usually disposed of as solid waste in the waste disposal system.It was found that the peel contained pected,fiber and flavonoid,which had high utilization value and could be realized by comprehensive utilization.The research progress on comprehensive utilization of Pitaya peel was reviewed,with emphasis on the research status of pectin,dietary fiber and flavonoid compound in Pitaya peel,so as to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization research of later generations.
