摘要
蒽在众多生色官能团中,具有发光效率高、发光能力强、热稳定性好等特点。在这项工作中,蒽类衍生物(E)-4-(anthracen-2-ylamino)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid(2-AHD)被设计并合成,并采用核磁共振波谱法、紫外可见吸收光谱法和荧光光谱法考察了2-AHD与七元瓜环(Q[7])的主客体相互作用模式,研究结果表明Q[7]能够部分包结2-AHD客体分子,包结比为1∶1,结合常数为7.70×10^(5) M^(-1)。
Anthracene has the characteristics of high luminous efficiency,strong luminous ability and good thermal stability in many color producing functional groups.The anthracene derivative(E)-4-(anthracen-2-ylamino)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid(2-AHD)was designed and synthesized.The host-guest interaction between 2-AHD and(Q[7])was investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopy,UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that Q[7]could partially bind the guest molecules of 2-AHD,with an interaction ratio of 1∶1,and the binding constant of 7.70×10^(5) M^(-1).
