丁腈橡胶改性软质透明PVC体系的应用研究

摘要 对比了经丁腈橡胶改性后的软质透明PVC在硬度、比重、抗张强度、伸长率、透光率、雾度、低温性能以及加工性能上与未改性时的性能差异情况。结果表明:随丁腈橡胶添加比例的增大,PVC体系的柔软度提高,同时透光率下降,雾度、平衡扭矩和物料温度增加。丁腈橡胶添加比例为10%时,PVC体系的抗张强度及伸长率增加,添加比例小于20%时,能有效改善PVC的低温性能。丁腈橡胶改性软质透明PVC的有效添加比例不宜超过20%,超过20%会导致低温性能和透光率下降明显,同时加工难度增加。 The performance difference between the flexible transparent PVC modified by nitrilebutadiene rubber and unmodified in hardness,specific gravity,tensile strength,elongation,light transmittance,fog degree,low temperature performance and processing performance was compared.The results showed that with the increase of the proportion of nitrile butadiene rubber,the softness of PVC system increased,the transmittance decreased,the fog degree,the balance torque and the material temperature increased.When the proportion of nitrile butadiene rubber was 10%,the tensile strength and elongation of PVC system were increased,and when the proportion was less than 20%,the low temperature performance of PVC could be effectively improved.The effective addition ratio of nitrile butadiene rubber modified soft transparent PVC should not exceed 20%,which would lead to a significant decrease in low temperature performance and light transmittance,and increase the difficulty of processing.
