摘要
采用复凝聚法来制备鱼肝油微胶囊,主要使用阿拉伯胶和明胶作为壁材,研究了鱼肝油微囊的形态以及粒径分布状态,得出成囊条件pH为3.5,温度为50℃,搅拌速度为300 r/min,其鱼肝油微囊表面光滑呈圆形,粒径大小较均匀,不粘连,成囊效果最好,包封率为74.98%,载药量为87.86%。制备出的鱼肝油微囊稳定性良好,符合质量评价标准,为鱼肝油的二次开发提供了较好的实验依据。
Cod liver oil microcapsules were prepared by complex coacervation method,mainly using Arabic gum and gelatin as wall materials.The morphology and particle size distribution of cod liver oil microcapsules were studied.It was concluded that the capsule formation conditions were as follows:pH=3.5,temperature was 50℃,and stirring speed was 300 r/min.The surface of cod liver oil microcapsules was smooth and round,the particle size was uniform,and the capsule formation effect was the best.The encapsulation rate was 74.98%and the drug loading was 87.86%.The prepared cod liver oil microcapsules had good stability and met the quality evaluation standards,which provided technical support for the efficient utilization of cod liver oil and future product development.
