摘要
耐腐蚀性是马氏体不锈钢的一个重要性能。为了清楚马氏体中非金属夹杂物对其耐腐蚀性的影响,本文采用夹杂物全自动扫描检测和盐雾试验方法,研究马氏体不锈钢中夹杂物与耐腐蚀性的定量关系,结果得到:夹杂物总数量与腐蚀结果有较大的关系,夹杂物总数量多,盐雾试验后马氏体不锈钢产生的腐蚀点也多;硫氧化物、复杂氧化物和硫化物夹杂物对钢材的腐蚀点数量影响最大,而氧化物、SiO_(2)、氮化物则对腐蚀点数量没有明显的影响。
Corrosion resistance is an important property of martensitic stainless steel.In order to understand the influence of non-metallic inclusions in martensite on its corrosion resistance,the quantitative relationship between inclusions and corrosion resistance in martensite stainless steel was studied by using automatic inclusion scanning detection and salt spray test.The results showed that the total number of inclusions had a greater relationship with the corrosion results,and the total number of inclusions was more,and the corrosion points of martensite stainless steel were more after salt spray test.Sulfur oxides,complex oxides and sulfide inclusions had the greatest influence on the number of corrosion points after salt spray test,while oxides,SiO_(2) and nitrides had no obvious influence on the number of corrosion points.
