沙发产品VOCs组分来源及释放影响因素分析

Analysis on Source and Emission Factors of Volatile Organic Compounds from SOFA Products

通过对布艺沙发和皮革沙发在不同温度、湿度、换气量条件下,测试其在VOC检测箱内测试1~150 h的VOCs释放浓度,分析测试条件对沙发产品VOCs释放的影响。通过试验,得出初步的结论:(1)布艺沙发和皮革沙发的面料及填料检出的VOCs,对TVOC贡献2%以上的,共同VOCs有5种;(2)布艺沙发和皮质沙发整体释放的VOCs有所不同;(3)皮革沙发样品前10 h内VOCs释放浓度有上升趋势,100 h后VOCs释放浓度趋于平衡。

The volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emission concentration of fabric sofa and leather sofa were measured in VOCs emission concentration in 1~150 h under different temperature,humidity and air volume.Through the test,the preliminary conclusion was drawn as follows:fabric sofa and leather sofa fabrics and fillers detected VOCs,TVOC contribution of more than 2%,a total of 5 VOCs.Fabric Sofas and leather sofas emit VOCs differently overall.VOCs emission concentration of leather sofa samples increased in the first 10 h,and VOCs emission concentration tended to balance after 100 h.
