砷化工行业环评中构建人体健康风险评价初步探讨

摘要 本研究以大气环境影响预测的砷暴露浓度作为呼吸持续输入量,预测人群通过呼吸途径带来的健康累积影响。预测结果表明,砷的最大暴露浓度为1.15×10^(-3)μg·m^(-3),满足《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-2012)要求。砷的最大致癌风险为2.08×10^(-6),超出人群可接受的1×10^(-6)范围。根据大气环境防护距离和人群健康防护距离的计算方法测算出大气防护距离为0 m,人群健康防护距离为284 m,从保障人群健康的角度考虑,人群健康防护距离更利于保障人群健康。 The cumulative health impact of human through respiratory pathway was research by the prediction results of atmospheric environmental.The results showed that the maximum exposure concentration of arsenic was 1.15×10^(-3)μg·m^(-3),lower than Air Quality Standards(GB3095-2012).The maximum carcinogenic risk of arsenic was 2.08×10^(-6),exceeding the acceptable 1×10^(-6) range.The atmospheric protection distance was 0 m and the crowd health protection distance was 284 m was received by the calculation methods of atmospheric environment protection distance and population health protection distance.The crowd health protection distance was more conducive to protecting people's health.
