Summary of Coal Chemical Wastewater Treatment Engineering Renovation Project

生化段由原OOOAA+BAF工艺改造为AOOAO+MBR。原BAF池改造为MBR池,取消原有高密度沉淀池、纤维球过滤器、CO_(2)曝气装置等工艺;增加生化池内推流器,更换原有老旧曝气装置;增加新的MBR膜曝气风机以及相关加药状组织。改后的水质符合《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级A排放标准。

The biochemical section was transformed from the original OOOAA+BAF process to AOOAO+MBR.The original BAF tank was transformed into an MBR tank,and the original high-density sedimentation tank,fiber ball filter,CO_(2) aeration device and other processes were cancelled,the pusher in the biochemical tank was increased and the old aeration device was replaced,new MBR membrane aeration fans and related dosed tissues were added.The modified water quality met the Class A discharge standard in the“Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants”(GB18918-2002).
