阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者HIF-1a、IGF-1及HGF的表达与意义 被引量:2

Expression and significance of HIF⁃1a,IGF⁃1,and HGF in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

摘要 目的分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者缺氧诱导因子-1a(HIF-1a)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及细胞生长因子(HGF)的表达与意义。方法选择2020年4月至2022年7月间郑州大学第一附属医院接诊的106例OSAHS患者作为OSAHS组,另选103名健康志愿者作为健康组,对比两组及不同认知功能、不同严重程度OSAHS患者的HIF-1a、IGF-1、HGF水平,并分析病情严重程度、认知功能障碍与HIF-1a、IGF-1、HGF表达的相关性。结果OSAHS组HIF-1a、HGF水平高于健康组,IGF-1水平低于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);认知功能障碍组HIF-1a、HGF水平高于认知功能正常组,IGF-1水平低于认知功能正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同严重程度OSAHS患者的HIF-1a、HGF水平呈现轻度<中度<重度,IGF-1水平则呈现轻度>中度>重度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Spearman分析可知,HIF-1a、HGF表达与病情严重程度、认知功能障碍呈正相关,IGF-1表达与病情严重程度、认知功能障碍呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论HIF-1a、IGF-1、HGF在OSAHS患者体内呈现异常表达,其水平变化与OSAHS的病情发展及认知功能障碍有一定相关性,行三指标检测对OSAHS患者的后期治疗有较高临床价值。 Objective To analyze the expression and significance of hypoxia⁃inducible factor⁃1a(HIF⁃1a),insulin⁃like growth factor⁃1(IGF⁃1)and cell growth factor(HGF)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea⁃hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 106 OSAHS patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the OSAHS group,and another 103 healthy volunteers were selected as the healthy group,the levels of HIF⁃1a,IGF⁃1,and HGF in the two groups and patients with different cognitive functions and different severities of OSAHS were compared,and the corre⁃lation between the severity of the disease,cognitive dysfunction and the expression of HIF⁃1a,IGF⁃1,and HGF was analyzed.Results The levels of HIF⁃1a and HGF in the OSAHS group were higher than those in the healthy group,and the IGF⁃1 level in the OSAHS group was lower than that in the healthy group,and the differ⁃ence is statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HIF⁃1a and HGF in the cognitive impairment group were higher than those in the normal cognitive function group,and the IGF⁃1 level in the cognitive impairment group was lower than that in the normal cognitive function group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HIF⁃1a and HGF in OSAHS patients with different severity levels were mild<moderate<se⁃vere,and the level of IGF⁃1 was mild>moderate>severe,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).According to Spearman analysis,the expressions of HIF⁃1a and HGF were positively correlated with the severity of the disease and cognitive dysfunction,and the expression of IGF⁃1 was negatively correlated with the severity of the disease and cognitive dysfunction(P<0.05).Conclusion HIF⁃1a,IGF⁃1,and HGF are abnor⁃mally expressed in OSAHS patients,and their level changes are related to the progression of OSAHS and cogni⁃tive dysfunction,and three⁃indicatordetection has high clinical value in the late treatment of OSAHS patients.
