2019—2021年潮州市雷电灾害的特征分析及防御措施

Characteristic Analysis and Prevention Measures of Lightning Disasters in Chaozhou City from 2019 to 2021

利用2019—2021年的雷电灾害资料,对潮州地区的雷电活动特征及其造成的损失进行了分析,并提出了若干防御措施。结果表明:2019—2021年潮州市6—9月均有雷电灾害发生,月份分布呈单峰型,峰值出现在8月;夏季是雷电灾害多发期;雷电灾害与雷暴日数的时间分布大体一致;2019—2021年潮州市雷击造成人身伤亡事故为0;雷击事故地区分布具有明显差异;在所有雷击事故类型中,电子电器设备占雷击事故总数的75%;农村是雷电防御薄弱区和雷电灾害多发区。针对雷电灾害事故,潮州市气象部门应科学指导大众采取有效的雷电防护措施;加强防雷安全检查工作;加强雷电灾害监测预警;提高雷电监测水平和雷电灾害的预警预报能力,从而更有效地保护人民生命财产安全,减少雷电带来的人员伤亡和财产损失。

Based on the data of lightning disasters from 2019 to 2021,analyzed the characteristics of lightning activities and their losses in Chaozhou area,and puts forward some preventive measures.The results showed that there were lightning disasters in Chaozhou City from June to September in 2019 to 2021,and the monthly distribution is single peak,with the peak in August;Summer was a period of frequent lightning disasters;The time distribution of lightning disasters and thunderstorm days was generally consistent;From 2019 to 2021,there were no casualties caused by lightning strikes in Chaozhou City;There were obvious differences in the regional distribution of lightning accidents;In all types of lightning accidents,electronic and electrical equipment accounts for 75%of the total number of lightning accidents;Rural areas were weak in lightning protection and prone to lightning disasters.In view of lightning disaster accidents,Chaozhou meteorological department should scientifically guide the public to take effective lightning protection measures;Strengthen lightning protection safety inspection;Strengthen the monitoring and early warning of lightning disasters;Improve the lightning monitoring level and the early warning and prediction ability of lightning disasters,so as to more effectively protect the safety of people’s lives and property and reduce the casualties and property losses caused by lightning.
