阐述智能变电站的特点,智能变电站继电保护系统中的问题和应对的措施,包括越级延时跳闸、母线全停误动、人为失误,数字化技术的完善,系统维护策略的优化。
This paper describes the characteristics of intelligent substation,the problems in the relay protection system of intelligent substation and the countermeasures,including skip level delay tripping,bus full stop misoperation,human error,improvement of digital technology,and optimization of system maintenance strategy.
