助产士主导的连续性护理模式在助产护理中的研究进展

本文旨在探讨助产士主导的连续性护理模式在助产护理中的研究进展。传统的助产护理模式存在着护理质量不稳定、沟通不畅、医患不稳定等问题。在助产士主导的连续性护理模式下,助产士为同一孕妇提供全程连续的护理服务,可以建立更加密切的互信关系,提供个性化护理方案和及时医疗应对,继续跟进产后恢复情况和提供哺乳、育儿指导,实现了产科护理的连贯性、个性化和全面性。尽管推行助产士主导的连续性护理模式面临一些挑战,但助产士主导的连续性护理模式对未来的助产护理实践具有重要指导意义。

This review discussed the research progress of the midwife-led continuity of care model in midwifery.Traditional midwifery care models have problems such as unstable nursing quality,poor communication,and unstable doctor-patient relationships.In the midwife-led continuity of care model,the midwife provides continuous care services for the same pregnant woman throughout the entire process,establishing a closer relationship of trust,providing personalized nursing plans and timely medical responses,and continuing to follow up on postpartum recovery and provide breastfeeding and child-rearing guidance,achieving the continuity,personalization,and comprehensiveness of obstetric nursing.Although the implementation of this model faces some challenges,it has important guiding significance for the future practice of midwifery.
