慢性肾衰竭难以逆转,治疗困难且治疗时间漫长,同时极易导致其他并发症的发生,严重影响患者生存及生活质量的同时也因其高昂的治疗费用给患者及其家庭造成了巨大的经济负担。中医药在治疗慢性肾衰竭等慢性疾病方面具有明显的优势,通过对其作用于若干信号通路的研究,对临床防止慢性肾衰竭有积极意义。

Chronic renal failure is difficult to reverse,difficult to treat and long treatment time,and can easily lead to other complications,seriously affecting the survival and quality of life of patients,but also because of its high cost of treatment to patients and their families caused a huge economic burden.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic diseases such as chronic renal failure.Through the study of its role in several signaling pathways,it has positive significance for clinical prevention of chronic renal failure.
