浙江省基层公共数字文化服务模式研究与启示

Research and Enlightenment on the Mode of Grassroots Public Digital Culture Services in Zhejiang Province

浙江图书馆一直致力于推动公共数字文化服务延伸到基层工作,推出“数字文化结伴礼堂”服务模式,创新性地解决数字文化在基层共享的问题。文章对“数字文化结伴礼堂”服务模型、服务方式、服务效果以及服务特点等进行分析,总结经验和不足,提出加强顶层设计、规范社会力量参与、构建标准化文化空间、提供精准文化服务和组建人才队伍等可持续发展建议。

Zhejiang Library,committed to promoting the extension of public digital culture services to the grassroots level,launched the service mode of“digital culture,partner hall”,and innovatively solved the problem of digital culture sharing at the grassroots level.The paper analyzes the service model,service mode,service effect and service characteristics of the“digital culture,partner hall”,summarizes the experience and shortcomings,and puts forward some suggestions for sustainable development,such as strengthening top-level design,standardizing the participation of social forces,constructing the standardized cultural space,providing accurate cultural services and establishing a talent team.
