智慧图书馆下读者画像的国外研究进展

Progress of Foreign Research on Reader Portraits under Smart Libraries

随着智慧图书的发展,国外学界对智慧图书馆下读者画像展开了大量的研究,但是尚缺乏对这些文献的系统性梳理。通过对国外相关研究成果的爬梳,本文分析了国外学界对智慧图书馆下读者行为变化、读者画像方法路径、读者画像场景运用和读者画像迭代更新的学术关注。国外研究指出,智慧图书馆下读者行为面临着心理上、交易行为上、体验需求上的多种变化。读者画像的理论路径需要从读者本体论、群体论和客体论进行分类,并从读者数据采集层、处理层、分析层、可视化层提出了画像的技术方法,随后国外学界提出了读者画像在精准化阅读推广、沉浸化学习、个性化参考咨询、异质化信息获取等方面的场景运用,以及画像的迭代更新。国外相关研究注重理论路径探讨和原发性技术挖掘,取得了丰富的研究成果,这对我国相关研究或有一定的启示。

With the development of smart books,a large number of studies have been conducted on reader portraits in smart libraries in foreign countries,but there is still lack of systematic combing of these documents.Through sorting through foreign research results,the paper analyzes the academic concerns of foreign scholars on the changes of readers’behavior,readers’portrait method path,readers’portrait scenario use and readers’portrait iterative update under smart libraries.Foreign studies point out that reader behaviors under smart libraries face various changes in psychological,transactional behaviors and experiential needs.The theoretical path of reader portrait needs to be classified from reader ontology,group theory and object theory,and the portrait method is proposed from reader data collection layer,processing layer,analysis layer and visualization layer.Then,foreign academic circles proposed the scenario application of reader portrait in precise reading promotion,immersion learning,personalized reference consultation and heterogeneous information acquisition.The relevant foreign research focuses on theoretical path exploration and original technology mining,which may have some inspiration for the relevant research in China.
