大学生对新型控烟措施态度及影响因素分析

Analysis of attitudes and influential factors on new tobacco control measures among college students

目的了解大学生对新型控烟措施的态度及其影响因素,以冀对相关部门制定适宜的控烟策略提供参考。方法随机抽取广东省4所高校24个班级1004名学生作为调查对象,采用自编的《新型控烟措施态度调查问卷》进行问卷调查,并对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果76.40%的调查对象赞成创建控烟公众号曝光违规吸烟行为,70.02%的调查对象赞成实名制购烟,54.89%的调查对象赞成提高吸烟者医保参保额度,47.84%的调查对象赞成降低吸烟者医保报销比例,31.58%的调查对象赞成限制吸烟者应聘公务员,40.84%的调查对象赞成限制吸烟者报考师范院校,46.21%的调查对象赞成限制吸烟者应聘教师、医务人员等。Logistic回归结果显示:性别、专业、吸烟情况、医保参保情况等是调查对象对新型控烟措施态度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论大学生对实名制购烟等新型控烟措施的支持程度不同,而性别、专业、吸烟情况、医保参保情况等是调查对象对新型控烟措施态度的影响因素。

Objective This study aimed to understand the attitude of college students toward new tobacco control measures and their influencing factors to provide evidence for relevant departments to formulate appropriate tobacco control strategies.Methods A total of 1004 students from 24 classes in 4 colleges and universities in Guangdong Province were randomly recruited as the participants.A self-made questionnaire on attitudes toward new tobacco control measures was used to conduct a survey,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed.Results 76.40%of the respondents agreed to establish official accounts on social media for tobacco control to expose illegal smoking behaviors,70.02%agreed to real-name tobacco purchasing,54.89%agreed to increase the amount of medical insurance coverage for smokers,47.84%agreed to reduce the proportion of medical insurance reimbursement for smokers,31.58%agreed to limit smokers to apply for civil servants,40.84%agreed to limit smokers to apply for normal colleges and universities,and 46.21%agreed to limit smokers to apply for teachers and medical staff.Logistic regression showed that gender,major,smoking status,and medical insurance participation were the influencing factors for respondents'attitudes toward new tobacco control measures(P<0.05).Conclusion College students have different supportive attitudes toward new tobacco control measures such as real-name tobacco purchasing.Gender,major,smoking status,and medical insurance participation are the influencing factors for respondents'attitudes toward new tobacco control measures.
