摘要
实验室是高校资源体系中的重要组成部分,是践行教学育人、人才培养、科学研究等服务职能的重要场所。在安全标准化管理理念下,高校实验室安全管理问题逐渐凸显,不仅影响教学育人效果,同时也阻碍了高校实验室的长远发展。从管理体制、创新理念、队伍建设、安全管理力度等四方面分析问题,并针对性地提出优化改进建议。
The laboratory is an important part of the university resource system and an important place to practice the service functions of teaching and education,talent training,scientific research and so on.Under the concept of safety standardization management,the problems of university laboratory safety management have become increasingly prominent,which not only affects the effectiveness of teaching and education,but also hinders the long-term development of university laboratory.The full text analyzes the problems from four aspects:management system,innovative ideas,team building and safety management,and then puts forward targeted optimization and improvement suggestions.
