高阶段大跨度柱状采空区群低成本充填治理方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 遂昌金矿1号铅锌矿体成矿于燕山晚期,产于隐爆火山岩中,属小型隐爆岩型(硫)铅锌矿体,为一近似直立的烟囱状结构。多年来,1号铅锌矿体一直采用分段空场法开采,产生了阶段高度达80 m、最大暴露面积超过2000 m^(2)、总体积近11.4万m^(3)的高阶段大跨度柱状采空区群,极易产生冒顶片帮和失稳坍塌现象,进而诱发大规模的地压灾害,引发地表沉降及塌陷危及深部未采矿体的回采作业安全。通过开采技术条件分析、资源禀赋情况调查、采空区稳定性评价及可利用旧措施工程勘察,提出了适用于1号铅锌矿体高阶段大跨度柱状采空区群的低成本充填治理方案,并进行了充填配比参数优化、材料消耗计算、管路线路设计、管道选型与阻力计算、封堵挡墙构筑方案设计。遂昌金矿高阶段大跨度柱状采空区群的充填治理不仅可产生明显的经济效益和环境效益,还为国内外复杂采空区群的安全治理提供了借鉴。 The lead-zinc deposit of Suichang Gold Mine was formed in the late Yanshan period and occurred in the hidden explosive volcanic rock.It is a small hidden explosive type(sulfur)Lead-Zinc deposit with an almost upright chimney structure.For many years,the lead-zinc ore body has been mined by the segmented open-pit method,resulting in a large-span columnars goaf with a stage height of 80 m,a maximum exposed area of 2000 m^(2),and a total volume of 114000 m^(3).It is easy to produce roof caving and instability collapse phenomena,and then induce large-scale ground pressure disasters,endangering the safety of mining operation of deep untouched orebody.Through the analysis of mining technical conditions,the investigation of resource endowment,the stability evaluation of goaf and the engineering investigation of the old measure,a low-cost backfilling treatment scheme suitable for the large-span columnar goaf in the high stage of lead-zinc ore body is put forward.Besides,the backfilling ratio parameter optimization,material consumption calculation,pipeline line design,pipeline selection and resistance calculation,sealing retaining wall construction scheme design were done.The backfilling treatment of high-stage largespan columnar goaf in Suichang Gold Mine can not only produce obvious economic and environmental benefits,but also provide reference for the safety treatment of complex goaf at home and abroad.
