摘要
随着国内超大型露天矿生产安全的要求不断提高,不同类型和厂家的数字化设备被用于矿山安全监测,为提高多源监测数据的联动性、监测的准确性,亟需构建可集成矿山多源信息统一平台。以司家营研山铁矿为例,分析了超大型露天矿的工程数据概况,构建多源信息文件数据库和时间序列数据库,统一存储管理矿山的地质数据、监测数据和采矿生产数据;基于SuperMap WebGIS二三维一体化技术,搭建了可集成展示露天矿“地”、“测”、“采”多源异构静、动态数据的平台框架;采用JavaScript、CSS、Html、PHP、Ajax等语言,二次开发可用于超大型露天矿采场快捷测量、矿山模型查看、多源监测数据查看、车辆轨迹在线查看等方面的功能,从而构建了多源信息集成WebGIS平台。研究结果表明:①该平台能集成全天候、自动化、连续性更新的海量数据;②能够实现地质数据、监测数据、生产数据一站式查询和管理;③能有效记录和发布基于监测数据的滑坡信息。
With the continuous improvement of the production safety requirements of domestic super-large open-pit mines,digital equipment of different types and manufacturers are used for mine safety monitoring.In order to improve the linkage of multi-source monitoring data and the accuracy of monitoring,it is urgent to build a unified platform that can integrate mine multi-source information.Taking Sijiaying Yanshan Iron Mine as an example,this paper analyzes the general situation of engineering data of the super-large open-pit mine,builds a multi-source information file database and a time series database,and uniformly stores and manages the geological data,monitoring data and mining production data of the mine;Based on the two and three dimensional integration technology of SuperMap WebGIS,a platform framework that can integrate and display the"ground","survey"and"mining"multi-source heterogeneous static and dynamic data of open-pit mines has been built;Using JavaScript,CSS,Html,PHP,Ajax and other languages,the secondary development can be used for the functions of quick measurement of the stope of the super-large open-pit mine,mine model view,multi-source monitoring data view,online view of vehicle tracks,etc.,thus building a multi-source information integration WebGIS platform.The research results of this paper show that:①The platform can integrate massive data with all-weather,automatic and continuous updates;②It can realize one-stop query and management of geological data,monitoring data and production data;③It can effectively record and release landslide information based on monitoring data.
