低噪音高承载水下切割拔销装置的设计研究

摘要 为了满足水下火工分离装置低噪音、高承载的使用需求,设计了一种切割拔销装置,用于战斗段与运载段的连接与分离,工作分离过程中有将电缆切断的功能。本装置主要通过卡环解锁、拉杆连接、水密插头和到位缓冲等技术途径提高承载力和降低噪音,试验验证结果表明,切割拔销装置抗拉强度不小于50kN、分离噪音较低,较好地满足了使用需求。 In order to meet the requirements of low noise and high load-bearing for underwater pyrotechnic separation devices,a cutting and pin pulling device was designed for the connection and separation of the combat section and the carrier section.During the separation process,it has the function of cutting off cables.This device mainly improves its bearing capacity and reduces noise through technical means such as snap ring unlocking,pull rod connection,watertight plug,and in place buffering.The experimental verification results show that the tensile strength of the cutting and pin pulling device is not less than 50kN,and the separation noise is low,which better meets the usage needs.
