电动振动台动圈约束环境的分析与优化

摘要 针对某10kN推力电动振动台工作频率上限有限的问题,分析了导向杆及导向杆和活塞串联对动圈动态特性的影响,研究了导向杆、活塞、动圈和互相串联组成的系统的横向和纵向动刚度特性,确认导向杆和活塞串联组成的系统的横向动刚度特性减弱了动圈的横向刚度。提出采用导轮约束动圈竖直筋板背面的方案代替导轮约束导向杆的方案,并进行了实际测试。结果表明,该电动振动台工作频率可达到8000Hz。 In view of the limited upper working frequency of a 10kN thrust electric vibration table,the influence of guide rod,guide rod and piston in series on the dynamic characteristics of dynamic coil is analyzed.The lateral and longitudinal dynamic stiffness characteristics of the system composed of guide rod,piston,dynamic coil and its system in series are analyzed.It is confirmed that the lateral dynamic stiffness characteristics of the system composed of the guide rod and the piston in series weaken the lateral stiffness of the dynamic coil.The scheme of using the guide wheel to restrain the back of the vertical rib plate of the dynamic coil is adopted instead of the scheme of using the guide wheel to restrain the guide rod is proposed,and actual test is carried out.The test results show that the working frequency of the electric vibration table can reach 8000Hz.
