电动振动台扩展台面结构优化设计与试验验证

摘要 本研究以苏州苏试试验集团股份有限公司22kN推力电动振动台扩展台面为对象,优化其一阶轴向共振频率和台面加速度均匀度,提高其工作频率范围。通过对比原扩展台面模型和新扩展台面模型仿真的一阶轴向共振频率和台面加速度偏差,分析新扩展台面模型的合理性和有效性,并以原扩展台面实物和新扩展台面实物进行实测结果对比。实测结果表明,一阶轴向共振频率提升了33.23%,在相同控制点、监测点以及同一加速度偏差时,对应的试验频率范围提高了220Hz左右。 In this study,the first order axial resonance frequency and the acceleration uniformity of the extended table of the 22kN thrust electric vibration table of Suzhou Sushi Testing Group Co.,Ltd.are optimized to improve the working frequency range of the extended table of the electric vibration table.By comparing the first order axial resonance frequency and the table acceleration deviation of the original extended table model and the new extended table model,the rationality and effectiveness of the new extended table model are analyzed,and the measured results are compared with the original extended table model and the new extended table model.The measured results show that the first order axial resonance frequency is increased by 33.23%,and the corresponding test frequency range is increased by about 220Hz at the same control point,monitoring point and the same acceleration deviation.
