摘要
研发了保护气氛(真空)环境超高温通电加热试验系统,实现了最高试验温度3000℃保护气氛(真空)环境下复合材料力学性能测试功能。该试验系统可为我国航空航天、核工业、石油化工等领域评价C-C复合材料、陶瓷基复合材料在不同温度、不同环境(保护气氛或真空环境)下的力学性能提供有力技术支撑,为新材料的研究与应用提供新型试验技术手段。
An ultra-high temperature ohmic heating testing system in protective atmosphere(vacuum)environment is developed,and the function of testing the mechanical properties of composite materials in protective atmosphere(vacuum)environment with the highest test temperature of 3000℃is realized.The testing system can provide strong technical support for evaluating the mechanical properties of C-C composites and ceramic-based composites at different temperatures and in different environments(protective atmosphere or vacuum environment)in the fields of aerospace,nuclear industry,petrochemical and other fields in our country,and provide new testing technology for the research and application of new materials.
