摘要
基于3件优化前的全尺寸桨距操纵杆的高周疲劳试验结果,对疲劳薄弱处进行改进优化,然后进行试验验证。优化后的桨距操纵杆安全寿命得到了显著提高,具有足够的寿命裕度,这表明本文采用的优化方法合理,可适用于桨距操纵杆等直升机零件的优化设计及试验验证。
Based on the high cycle fatigue test results of three full-size pitch control levers before optimization,the fatigue weakness place is improved and optimized,and then the test verification is carried out.The safety life of the optimized pitch control lever is significantly improved,with sufficient life margin.It shows that the optimization method adopted in the paper is reasonable and can be applied to the optimization design and test verification of helicopter parts such as pitch control lever.[JP]
