摘要
在飞机结构强度地面验证试验中,机身蒙皮上的铆钉受剪,进而将载荷传递给机身框。在全机疲劳试验中,需要对机身框施加双向剪力载荷。目前,机身加载方式有胶布带-杠杆装置、拉压垫-杠杆装置和剪力块-杠杆装置,前两种加载均不能满足施加双向剪力载荷的要求。本文提出了一种对机身框施加剪力的载荷施加方法,通过剪力块及杠杆加载系统来对机身框施加双向剪力载荷。
In the ground verification test of aircraft structural strength,the rivets on the fuselage skin are sheared,so the load is transferred to the fuselage frame.Two-way shear load should be applied to the fuselage frame in the aircraft fatigue test.At present,the fuselage is loaded by using adhesive tape-lever device,tension pad-lever device and shear block-lever device.The first two loadings can′t meet the requirements of applying bidirectional shear load.In this paper,a method for applying shear load to the fuselage frame is proposed.The two-way shear load is applied to the fuselage frame through the shear block and the lever-loading system.
