在土建工程施工中,建设工程项目现场施工管理对现场施工管理、完善工程管理制度以及工程资金投入等方面存在重大影响,对完善施工现场土地造价具有着重要意义。目前,施工单位在建设工程项目与土建造价之间还存在较大的问题。基于此,文章论述了建设工程现场施工管理和土建造价之间的关系,并在土建造价优化的基础上为其提出施工管理建议。

In civil engineering construction,on site construction management of construction projects has a significant im-pact on on-site construction management,improvement of engineering management systems,and investment in engineer-ing funds,which is of great significance for improving the land cost of construction sites.At present,there are still signifi-cant issues between construction projects and civil engineering costs for construction units.Based on this,the article dis cusses the relationship between on-site construction management of construction projects and civil engineering costs,and proposes construction management suggestions based on the optimization of civil engineering costs.
