摘要
文章以某地方公司的大型房地产开发项目作为研究对象,阐述了该项目在进度管理时存在的项目进度计划不合理、利益相关者管理不到位、管控措施未有效落实、工程变更控制力度有待提升等问题,并提出了针对性的进度管理优化方法以及风险规避措施,以此推动房地产业稳定发展,减少进度延误产生概率,切实提升企业项目管控能力以及进度管理水平,缓解资金压力,摆脱管理危机,提高企业的经济效益。
The article takes a large scale real estate development project of a local company as the research object,elabo-rates on the problems of unreasonable project schedule,inadequate stakeholder management,ineffective implementation of control measures,and the need to improve engineering change control in the progress management of the project,and proposes targeted optimization methods for schedule management and risk avoidance measures to promote the stable de-velopment of the real estate industry,reduce the probability of schedule delays,effectively improve the enterprise's pro-ject control ability and schedule management level,alleviate financial pressure,overcome management crises,and im-prove the economic benefits of the enterprise.
