房建施工中墙面裂缝和混凝土裂缝的预防对策研究

Research on Preventive Measures for Wall Cracks and Concrete Cracks in Housing Construction

随着我国经济稳定发展和城市化快速推进,建筑工程及相关产业呈现迅速发展的趋势,这对建设质量提出了更高的要求。混凝土具有施工方便、耐久性强的优点,但由于施工环境、材料配合比等影响,导致施工时易出现裂缝,影响施工质量,缩短房屋的使用寿命。基于此,文章对混凝土裂缝进行了概述,分析了建筑工程混凝土裂缝形成的主要原因,并提出了相应的预防对策。

With the stable development of China's economy and the rapid advancement of urbanization,the construction engineering and related industries are showing a trend of rapid development,which puts forward higher requirements for construction quality.Concrete has the advantages of convenient construction and strong durability,but due to the influence of construction environment and material mix ratio,cracks are prone to occur during construction,affecting construction quality and shortening the service life of the house.Based on this,the paper provided an overview of concrete cracks,the main reasons for the formation of concrete cracks in construction projects are analyzed,and corresponding preventive measures are proposed.
