建筑工程招标控制价的注意事项

当前各个建筑企业对招标控制价有着高度重视,合理的招标控制价在建筑工程造价控制、企业综合效益提升方面发挥着重要的作用,但是当前部分企业在招标控制价确定中会出现不同类型的问题,加上招投标过程中存在围标、串标等不良现象,增加了建筑工程造价控制的难度。基于此,文章对招标控制价及其应用优势进行了说明,分析了当前招投标中存在的一些不足,重点针对招标控制价编制需要注意的事项和改进优化措施提出建议。

Currently,various construction enterprises attach great importance to bidding control prices,and a reasonable bidding control price plays an important role in controlling the cost of construction projects and improving the overall efficiency of enterpri-ses.However,some enterprises may encounter different types of problems in determining bidding control prices,and there are adverse phenomena such as bidding and collusion in the bidding process,which increases the difficulty of building project cost con-trol.Based on this,the bidding control price and its application advantages were explained,and some shortcomings in the current bidding process were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward focusing on the matters that need to be paid attention to in the prep-aration of bidding control price and improvement and optimization measures.
