由于装配式建筑出现的时间较短,相关单位对其研究还不够全面,因此依旧采取传统的管理方式对装配式建筑施工进行安全管理,导致装配式建筑在管理过程中经常出现各种安全问题。基于此,文章以装配式建筑的优缺点作为切入点,列出几点装配式建筑施工过程中存在的安全隐患,并针对这些安全隐患总结出一些安全风险管理和评价措施。

Due to the short time of the emergence of prefabricated buildings,the relevant units'research on it is not com-prehensive enough,so the traditional management method is still adopted for the safety management of prefabricated building construction,resulting in various safety problems in the management process of prefabricated buildings.Based on this,the article takes the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated buildings as the breakthrough point,lists several potential safety hazards in the construction process of prefabricated buildings,and summarizes some safety risk manage-ment and evaluation measures for these potential safety hazards.
