建筑造价管理在工程经济效益中的应用策略

Application Strategy of Construction Cost Management in Engineering Economic Benefit

在实际的建筑造价管理中,常常存在管理人员专业水平不够、管理制度不完善以及投资决策不正确等问题,如果不能及时解决这些问题,不但会增加工程项目的施工成本,而且会影响整个建筑项目的经济收益。基于此,文章分析了建筑工程造价的影响因素,并对目前我国建筑造价管理发展的现状进行了分析,最终提出了相应的解决策略。

In the actual construction cost management,there are often problems such as the lack of professional level of management personnel,imperfect management system and incorrect investment decisions.If these problems can not be solved in time,it will not only increase the construction cost of the project,but also affect the economic benefits of the whole construction project.Based on this,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of construction project cost,analyzes the current situation of the development of construction cost management in China,and finally puts forward the corre-sponding solutions.
