建筑业作为国民经济建设的重要支柱,其产业规模全阶段的结构不断升级,企业创收、科学技术装备建造、建造方式与能力、创新能力等都不断提高,这些都对经济的高质量平稳且快速发展产生了非同凡响的意义。基于此,文章介绍了项目管理概况,浅谈了管理方法与重点,分析了建筑工程管理项目模式的弊端,提出了相应的应对措施。

As an important pllar of national econmic construction,the construction industry has continuously upgraded its industrial scale and structure throughout its entire stage.Enterprise income generation,scientific and technological equip-ment construction,construction methods and capabilities,and innovation capabilities have all been continuously improved,which have had extraordinary significance for the highquality,stable,and rapid development of economy.Based on this,an overview of project management was introduced,management methods and key points were briefly discussed,the drawbacks of construction project management model were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
