Urban landscaping and greening engineering is very important in the process of urban development.The con-struction object of landscaping engineering is mainly plants,and construction personnel need to have strong professional literacy,master different plant growth habits and combination elements,and form unique plant visual effects.At the same time,it is necessary to do a good job in the later maintenance of plants,adopt scientific and effective maintenance manage-ment methods,and enhance the ornamental value of green engineering.The article analyzes the problems of urban land-scape construction management and post maintenance in landscape engineering,and proposes corresponding countermeas-ures around the problems,in order to provide reference for relevant scholars'research.
