摘要
目的探究糖尿病合并骨折患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1)c)、Ⅰ型前胶原N端前肽(PINP)与骨密度的相关性。方法选取我院于2020年4月至2022年7月收治的2型糖尿病合并骨折患者60例,按骨密度将患者分为3组:骨量正常组(n=17)、骨量减少组(n=25)、骨质疏松组(n=18)。同期测定3组患者的一般资料和HbA_(1)c、PINP水平,对上述指标进行组间比较并进行相关性分析。结果3组患者的一般资料相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HbA_(1)c、PINP的比较,骨量减少组显著高于骨量正常组(P<0.05),骨质疏松组显著高于骨量减少组及骨量正常组(P<0.05);HbA_(1)c、PINP水平与骨密度呈负相关关系(P<0.05),骨密度越低,HbA_(1)c、PINP水平越高。结论HbA_(1)c、PINP水平对患者病情有重要的提示作用。
Objective To explore the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1)c),typeⅠprocollagen N-terminal propeptide(PINP)and bone mineral density in patients with diabetes and fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and fractures admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to February 2022 were selected,and the patients were divided into three groups according to bone mineral density:normal bone mass group(n=17)and osteopenia group(n=25),osteoporosis group(n=18).The general data and levels of HbA_(1)c and PINP of the three groups of patients were measured at the same time.Results There was no significant difference in the general data of the three groups of patients(P>0.05).Compared with HbA_(1)c and PINP,the osteopenia group was significantly higher than the normal bone mass group,and the osteoporosis group was significantly higher than the bone mass group(P<0.05).The levels of HbA_(1)c and PINP were significantly negatively correlated with bone mineral density(P<0.05).The lower the bone mineral density,the higher the levels of HbA_(1)c and PINP.Conclusion The levels of HbA_(1)c and PINP in patients with diabetes and fractures are significantly negatively correlated with bone mineral density.
