复方杜仲健骨颗粒辅助治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of compound Duzhong Jiangu granule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨复方杜仲健骨颗粒辅助治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法选取2020年4月至2022年6月于我院治疗的190例膝骨关节炎患者作为分析对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为联合组与对照组各95例。对照组患者给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,联合组患者在对照组基础上给予复方杜仲健骨颗粒辅助治疗。比较治疗前、治疗6周后2组患者疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、病情严重程度[Lequesne膝关节严重程度指数(ISOA)]情况,记录2组患者临床疗效及用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6周后,2组患者VAS评分低于治疗前,且联合组明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.05);2组患者休息痛、运动痛、压痛、肿胀、晨僵、行走能力较治疗前均明显改善,且联合组改善程度优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组患者Lequesne总指数显著降低,且联合组低于对照组(P均<0.05);联合组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);用药期间,2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方杜仲健骨颗粒辅助治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者膝关节症状,减轻患者主观疼痛感,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of compound Duzhong Jiangu granule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 190 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the analysis subjects,and they were divided into combined group and control group according to the random number table method,with 95 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with glucosamine sulfate,and the patients in combined group were given adjuvant therapy with compound Duzhong Jiangu granule on the basis of control group.The pain level[visual analogue score(VAS)]and disease severity[Lequesne index of severity for osteoarthritis(ISOA)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 6 weeks of treatment,and the clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions during medicine were recorded in the two groups.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the VAS score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score in combined group was significantly lower than that in control group at the same period(all P<0.05).The scores of rest pain,exercise pain,tenderness,swelling,morning stiffness and walking ability in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvements in combined group were better than those in control group(all P<0.05).The Lequesne total index in the two groups was significantly reduced,and the index in combined group was lower than that in control group(all P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in combined group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups during medication(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Duzhong Jiangu granule has significant efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,It can effectively improve the knee joint symptoms and reduce subjective pain,and it has no obvious adverse reactions.
