基于数据挖掘的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病古今用药差异性分析

Difference Analysis of Ancient and Modern Medication for Coronary Heart Disease Based on Data-Mining

目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)古今用药的差异,为成方制剂的开发提供参考。方法基于IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件,利用关联规则(Apriori算法)对治疗冠心病中成药和古代方剂的用药特点与组方规律进行数据挖掘。结果共纳入中成药265个,涉及中药262味,组方用药以温寒、辛甘为主,主入肝经,核心处方用药思路主要采用活血化瘀类药物。收集符合纳入标准的古代方剂118首,涉及中药137味,组方用药以温、辛为主,主入脾经,核心处方组方法则为温中补虚、健脾化痰益气。结论温阳、化痰类功效中成药品种的临床可及性远不如活血化瘀类高。以扶阳固本和化痰通络为主要功效的组方是目前冠心病成方制剂开发的方向。

Objective To investigate the difference between ancient and modern medication for coronary heart disease(CHD),and to provide a reference for the development of Chinese patent medicine preparations.Methods Based on the IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,data-mining was conducted on the medication characteristics and prescription rules of Chinese patent medicines and ancient prescriptions for treating CHD by the association rules(Apriori algorithm).Results A total of 265 Chinese patent medicines were included,involving 262 Chinese herbs,the prescriptions were mainly composed of warm and cold herbs,and pungent and sweet herbs,mainly involving the liver meridian.The main medication concept of the core prescription was to use Chinese herbs with the effect of promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis.A total of 118 ancient prescriptions that met the standards were collected,involving 137 Chinese herbs,and the prescriptions were mainly composed of warm and spicy herbs,mainly involving the spleen meridian.The core prescription principles were warming middle-Jiao and tonifying deficiency,strengthening the spleen,resolving phlegm,and tonifying Qi.Conclusion The clinical accessibility of Chinese patent medicines with the effect of warming Yang and resolving phlegm is far lower than those of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The prescription formulation with the main effect of tonifying Yang,supporting healthy energy,eliminating phlegm and freeing channels is the direction for the development of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of CHD.
