清肺蠲饮汤联合西药治疗肺炎热饮阻肺证疗效研究

Effect study on Qingfei Juanyin decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of pneumonia Reyin Zufei syndrome

目的:探究清肺蠲饮汤联合西药治疗肺炎热饮阻肺证疗效及对血清粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平的影响。方法:选取102例肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组51例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加服清肺蠲饮汤。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子水平及血清G-CSF、sIL-2R水平。结果:两组治疗后中医证候积分均下降,试验组主症及次症积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清G-CSF、sIL-2R水平下降,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后降钙素原(PCT)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平下降,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:清肺蠲饮汤联合西药治疗肺炎热饮阻肺证疗效较好,可有效降低患者G-CSF、sIL-2R及炎症因子水平。

Objective:To investigate effect of Qingfei Juanyin decoction combined with western medicine on serum granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)levels in patients with pneumonia Reyin Zufei syndrome.Methods:A total of 102 patients with pneumonia were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group additionally Qingfei Juanyin decoction.Curative effect,TCM syndrome scores,the levels of serum G-CSF,sIL-2R and inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,the scores for main and secondary syndromes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The treatment effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum G-CSF,sIL-2R,procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the two groups decreased,and above indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Juanyin decoction combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of pneumonia Reyin Zufei syndrome,which can significantly reduce the levels of G-CSF,sIL-2R and inflammatory factors.
