外周血循环肿瘤细胞及血清催乳素、游离前列腺抗原与乳腺癌患者术后转移相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)及血清催乳素(PRL)、游离前列腺抗原(F-PSA)与乳腺癌术后转移相关性。方法:51例女性诊断的乳腺癌病例(化疗前)与50例年龄和性别匹配的对照组进行了对比,测定患者血清CTC、PRL和F-PSA等标志物,同时检测患者癌胚抗原(CEA)、PRL、总人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)、癌症抗原-125(CA-125)和铁蛋白。此外,对47例患者进行了6个周期的术后随访。结果:与对照组相比,CTC、PRL和F-PSA显著升高(均P<0.05),其他参数(总hCG、PSA和铁蛋白水平)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);手术4个月CTC、F-PSA和CA-125水平显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论:在女性乳腺癌患者中,CTC、PRL、F-PSA是重要的血清标志物,可以用于对乳腺癌患者的术后转移进行评估。此外,F-PSA、PRL和CTC可用于评估手术的有效性。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between circulating tumor cells(CTC),serum prolactin(PRL),free prostate antigen(F-PSA)and postoperative metastasis of breast cancer.Methods:Serum levels of CTC,PRL and F-PSA were measured in 51 female-diagnosed breast cancer cases(before chemotherapy)and 50 age-and sex-matched controls.Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),PRL,total human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG),cancer antigen-125(CA-125)and ferritin were detected at the same time.In addition,47 patients were followed up for 6 cycles.Results:Compared with the control group,CTC,PRL and F-PSA were significantly increased(all P<0.05),and other parameters(total hCG,PSA and ferritin levels)were not significantly different(all P>0.05).The levels of CTC,F-PSA and CA-125 were significantly decreased at 4 months after surgery(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Among female patients with breast cancer,CTC,PRL,F-PSA are important serum markers,which can be used to evaluate the postoperative metastasis of breast cancer patients.In addition,F-PSA,PRL and CTC can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of surgery.
