激光根管照射联合盐酸米诺环素根管消毒治疗急性根尖周炎患者的疗效及对炎症因子的影响

Efficacy of laser root canal irradiation combined with minocycline hydrochloride root canal disinfection in the treatment of patients with acute periapical periodontitis and its effect on inflammatory factors

目的分析激光根管照射联合盐酸米诺环素根管消毒治疗急性根尖周炎患者的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年6月本院收治的80例急性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,各40例。两组均接受激光根管照射治疗,对照组联合氢氧化钙根管消毒,实验组联合盐酸米诺环素根管消毒,比较两组炎症因子水平、临床疗效和牙周状态。结果治疗后,实验组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组临床附着水平(CAL)、探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)均明显低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论激光根管照射联合盐酸米诺环素根管消毒治疗急性根尖周炎患者疗效显著,可有效修复牙周破损,降低炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of laser root canal irradiation combined with minocycline hydrochloride root canal disinfection in the treatment of patients with acute periapical periodontitis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods 80 patients with acute periapical periodontitis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table methods,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received laser root canal irradiation,the control group was combined with calcium hydroxide root canal disinfection,and the experimental group was combined with minocycline hydrochloride root canal disinfection.The level of inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy and periodontal status were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.After treatment,the clinical attachment level(CAL),probing depth(PD),and gingival index(GI)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser root canal irradiation combined with minocycline hydrochloride root canal disinfection in the treatment of patients with acute apical periodontitis has significant effect,can effectively repair periodontal damage,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical application.
