摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)在手指末节开放性骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年1月本院收治的56例手指末节骨折住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组28例。实验组采用ERAS干预,对照组采用常规干预。比较两组手术时间、术后第1天视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、住院时间及骨折愈合时间。结果随访时间3个月,患者骨折均愈合良好。实验组手术时间为(34.29±6.04)min、住院时间为(4.07±1.56)d,均短于对照组的(58.71±9.76)min,(5.86±3.34)d,术后1 d VAS为(2.82±0.72)分,低于对照组的(3.89±0.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组骨折愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义。结论ERAS应用于手指末节开放性骨折患者治疗中效果显著,能减少患者痛苦,利于患者配合手术,缩短手术和住院时间,促进骨折康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the treatment of open fracture in the distal finger.Methods A total of 56 patients with open fracture in the distal finger admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group.The experimental group received ERAS intervention and the control group received conventional intervention.Operation time,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,hospitalization time and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The patients were followed up for 3 months,and the fractures healed well.The operation time and the hospitalization time of the experimental group were(34.29±6.04)min and(4.07±1.56)d,which were shorter than(58.71±9.76)min and(5.86±3.34)d of the control group,the VAS scores of the experimental group on the first day after operation was(2.82±0.72)socres,which was lower than(3.89±0.88)scores of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the fracture healing time between the two groups.Conclusion ERAS is effective in the treatment of open fracture of distal finger,which can reduce the pain of patients and facilitate the cooperation of patients with surgery.It can shorten the time of operation and hospitalization,and promote fracture rehabilitation,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
